Eigil Solberg Smørås Musikk ensures a smooth, secure, and hassle-free purchasing experience. Below, you will find our full terms of purchase.
Refund policy
1. Event Ticket Refunds
• No Refunds: All ticket sales for live performances, concerts, VIP events, and meet-and-greets are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled or rescheduled.
• Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement of the new date.
• Cancellations: If an event is canceled without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Digital Music Sales & Downloads
• No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of downloadable music (MP3s, WAV files, albums, etc.) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Defective Files: If you experience issues with a downloaded file (e.g., corrupted or incomplete files), please contact us within 7 days for assistance or a replacement.
3. Physical Music (CDs, Vinyl, etc.)
• Refunds & Exchanges: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email eigil@suniaitheartist.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.
4. Clothing & Merchandise
• Returns & Exchanges: You may return or exchange clothing and merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Final Sale Items: Limited-edition, customized, or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Coaching & Consulting Services
• No Refunds: Coaching and consulting services are non-refundable once a session has taken place.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling:
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session may be rescheduled.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
6. Books (Physical & E-books)
• Physical Books: Refunds are available for 14 days after delivery if the book is unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
• E-books & Digital Books: Digital book sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate purchases or technical issues.
7. Memberships & Online Courses
• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If your online course or membership offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
• No Refunds After 14 Days: If more than 14 days have passed, no refunds will be issued.
• Payment Plans: If a course or membership was purchased through a payment plan, all scheduled payments must be completed. If a payment fails, access to the course/membership may be revoked.
8. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
If a service, event, or product cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (such as illness, natural disasters, or technical failures), we reserve the right to reschedule, replace, or refund the affected service at our discretion.

Installment Payments and Payment Plans
A purchase made in full or through an installment plan, whether agreed upon in writing or verbally, is considered a binding subscription and must be paid in full by the agreed deadline. If installments are not paid on time, the full outstanding amount will be sent for invoicing and collection. This applies to any digital and physical products - including downloads, coaching and events created and hosted by Eigil Solberg Smørås Musikk. Coaching or courses that is signed for one year at a time, are binding for the full year upon purchase. Once the year ends, it will automatically be terminated, but you may choose to renew it.

Payment and Installment Options
You can choose to pay for coaching in the following ways:
• One-time full payment – Pay the entire amount upfront.
• Two half-yearly payments – The first payment is charged on the purchase date, and the second will be charged on the same date six months later.
• Four quarterly payments – The first payment is charged on the purchase date, and the remaining three will be charged on the same date over the next three months.
• Six bi-monthly payments – The first payment is charged on the purchase date, and the remaining five will be charged on the same date every two months.
Your card details will be stored for future payments, and payments will be processed automatically through our payment provider on the specified dates.
Guarantees
Any guarantees associated with a purchase can only be claimed if the conditions of the guarantee are met and if we are notified in writing before the guarantee expires. If you wish to claim a guarantee, you must provide documentation proving that you have fulfilled your part of the agreement.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa and MasterCard through our payment partners, including Stripe, Pay-pal and/or Simplero. All transactions are encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are 100% secure. There are no additional fees for card purchases. If an agreed payment is not authorized and payment is missed, the outstanding amount will be sent for invoicing and collection.
Sales to Minors
If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission from a guardian to place an order with us.

We guarantee that your personal data and email will never be shared with third parties unless required by legal authorities (e.g., police or legal investigations). You have the right to request access to any registered information about you and can request corrections or deletion if needed.
Limitation of Liability
We disclaim all financial claims related to any of our websites, videos, newsletters, course portals, or other content. We have done everything possible to ensure high-quality content. However, by purchasing our products you agree that you are fully responsible for your own purchase and your own results and progress. We do not guarantee income or specific results. Your personal success depends on various personal factors, including your functional use of will, awareness, vulnerability and focus.
Cancellations and Postponements
Eigil Solberg Smørås Musikk reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course, event or coaching session due to circumstances beyond his control. If a course, event or coaching session is postponed, participants will be offered participation at a later date.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, the parties agree to resolve it through direct communication. If unresolved, the dispute may be taken to the appropriate dispute resolution body or court.
Disputes related to these terms, as well as disputes regarding business transactions, follow Norwegian law and fall under the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts at the business’s official registered address.

Any notices regarding disputes or other legal matters should be delivered personally or sent via registered or certified mail. Notices should be sent to the addresses listed below.
Force Majeure
If Eigil Solberg Smørås Musikk is prevented from delivering a service or fulfilling an obligation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., war, fire, labor disputes, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or supplier delays), we are exempt from any liability beyond potential refunds for undelivered services.
